What we store. The photo you upload (private, deleted after 30 days), the maps Artisplay makes from it (kept at the share link), and if you sign in, your email address and subscription state.
Where. Files on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Sign in through Google Firebase. Payments on the site through Stripe, which sees your card, we never do. In the iPhone app, Apple takes the payment and RevenueCat tells us whether your account has the plan, keyed to your account id, never your card.
Downloads. Model files and videos are built in your browser, or on your iPhone in the app, from the maps. They are not uploaded anywhere.
Cookies and tracking. A local token keeps your scans together before you sign in. No advertising trackers.
Deleting. Delete account in the app deletes your account, your scans, and the files behind them, right away. Or write to us and we do it.
